Whew!!!  I so overslept - but that sleep was sho NIIIIICCCEEEEE!

About to get out and into Walmart to load up - then come home and clean and cook!!!!  Ahhhh - Sunday.  Gotta love it.

Anyhoo - I didn't do my salmon last week like I had said - so it's getting done today.  and I am going to do chicken spaghetti since I bought garlic breadsticks that have been in the freezer, I will break those bad boys out and it'll be some real good eating.  Other than that - it's 'freezer' week, meaning we have to eat out of the pantry/freezer because I ain't buyin a whole lot at the store - the damn LIGHT bill done ate up the food money!!!

So - what's cookin at your crib?????

Hey Trina, how are you? Good Morning BAF!
I'm headed to Trader Joe's after church today, for some Fage yogurt, turkey bacon, and some luna bars and whatever else I can find that will keep my spending under $25.00 lol .  Today for dinner it will be leftover tuna casserole that i made on Wednesday, lite garlic bread, tossed salad, and for dessert low-fat brownie mix topped with sf vanilla ice cream.  The sun is so bright and gorgeous this morning wish I had time to take a morning stroll but I have to get ready for church and I'm about to be running late.  Anyways talk to ya later Trina, i'm getting right back on here after I get back home today to check out what everybody is is burnin as you say lol lol.  Have a great one everybody!!

What brand low-fat brownie mix you using?  I had to RUN down the cake mix aisle today at the store to prevent myself from buying what I KNOW I have no business eating......

Hey Trina, it's betty crocker low-fat brownie mix - i picked it up from krogers a few months ago they had it on sale for .99cents for a family size pack.  My daughter is making them, and then any leftovers are going with her over grandma's so that i won't have that temptation all week long - i love fudgy chocolate cake or brownies and it is definitely my indulgence lol.  I just got back from trader joes and I also picked up some chicken chile lime burgers which i brought before but couldn't remember if I liked them or not - they are pretty lowfat so i may try one next week for dinner.  Anyways enjoy the rest of your day and ttyl.

Good Morning Trina & Happy Sunday everyone,

I am fixing pinto beans with ground beef and sausage in them along with fried/baked pork chops with rice and cornbread.  Usually when I fix beans loaded with meat, I do not fix another meat on the side but at the request of my new beau I will accommodate him this time LOL.

Girl my a$$ loves to cook and if it was not for the band there is no telling how big I would be now.  I used to cook almost everyday and I stopped after having surgery.  It is so hard to cook foods that I can not have especially since I am low carbing.  I am having salad today and maybe a little piece of the pork chop.

Roast loin of pork with roasted potatoes and carrots with mixed veggies.  Thinking of making biscuits too, if I have the strength.
